You know that feeling when you’ve ticked off every box on society’s checklist of success, only to realize you’re still not fulfilled?

Yeah, I’ve been there.

And let me tell you, it’s one hell of a wake-up call—like realizing the ladder you’ve been climbing is actually leaning against the wrong wall.

Fun, right?

In 2011, I left France with nothing but a suitcase and a stubborn belief that the American dream was my ticket to happiness.

Fast forward a few years, and I had done just that: I built a 7-figure real estate investment firm in under three years, managing 37 contractors and 10 employees. Over time, I bought, rehabbed, managed, and sold over 550 homes across the U.S. Impressive, right?

At least, that’s what my LinkedIn profile said..

I didn’t stop there. I became a partner in a real estate fund with over $250M in Assets Under Management and launched an investor networking group that grew to 30 cities and 30,000 members in just two years.

I was living the American dream—on paper, at least.

Because as it turns out, you can buy a lot of things with money, but fulfillment isn’t one of them.

So, I did what any rational person would do—I said “fuck it,” sold everything I owned, and decided to start my second life.

This time, without the bullshit.

I hit the road, traveling the world with no plan, no safety net, and no idea where I’d sleep the next night.

Liberating? Absolutely.

Terrifying? You bet.

Worth it? More than I can put into words.

Writing: My Unexpected Passion

While dodging existential crises in exotic locations, I stumbled back into something I’d been good at but never really appreciated—writing.

Initially, it was just a task I took on to manage my company’s newsletter. I figured, how hard could it be to string some words together and not bore people to death?

Turns out, writing had more power than I ever gave it credit for.

I started seeing how the right words, delivered in just the right way, could do things like increase sales and captivate an audience—or, at the very least, keep them awake.

But here’s where it gets interesting: writing didn’t just transform my business; it started transforming me.

As I wrote more, I realized that writing wasn’t just a tool for making money—it was a tool for keeping my sanity.

It became my therapy, a way to exorcize the demons in my head, to reflect on my mistakes (and there were plenty), and to guide my personal development.

It brought me the kind of clarity that no amount of business success ever did.

And while I’m not rolling in millions from writing (yet), I’ve found something that even a seven-figure business couldn’t give me—a passion that makes me feel alive.

Building a Brand: Stepping Out from Behind the Curtain

For most of my career, I was the puppet master, pulling the strings behind the scenes while someone else took the spotlight. But after a while, I realized that staying in the shadows wasn’t cutting it anymore.

I wanted to be more than just the guy who made things happen—I wanted to be the guy who stood for something.

Stepping into the spotlight wasn’t exactly my comfort zone. It meant:

  • Facing my fears

  • Embracing my quirks

  • Being okay with the fact that some people might think I’m a little weird.

But it also meant creating a brand that’s 100% me—no filters, no bullshit, just the raw, unvarnished truth.

Through Engineer Your Existence, I’m not just sharing strategies for success; I’m sharing the journey of living life on your own terms.

Why “Engineer Your Existence”?

Look, here’s the thing: “Engineer Your Existence” isn’t about taking what life gives you.

It’s about grabbing the wheel and driving wherever the hell you want. Life’s way too short to be stuck on autopilot, going through the motions, and wondering if this is all there is.

Most people are playing life like they’re stuck in the tutorial level—safe, predictable, and honestly, kind of boring.

But the real game starts when you stop doing what’s expected and start doing what matters. Not just ticking off boxes, but figuring out what actually gets you out of bed in the morning and chasing after that like your life depends on it—because it does.

When it comes to problems, I don’t just face them head-on; I flip them, twist them, and look at them from every angle until something clicks.

Charlie Munger’s whole “Invert, always invert” philosophy? Yeah, it’s a game-changer. It’s about seeing the stuff that others miss and using that to your advantage.

That’s what “Engineer Your Existence” is about. We don’t just find a way around the obstacles; we bulldoze through them or build a new road altogether.

It’s about living on your terms, not someone else’s.

So..what’s in it for you?

I’m sharing everything I’ve learned—the hard way—about how to stop coasting and start creating a life that actually means something.

Not because I’ve got it all figured out—hell, nobody does, and if they say they do, they’re full of shit—but because I’ve been there, screwed up, and found some things that work.

I’m still learning, still figuring it out, just like you.

If you’re ready to make a real change and start living intentionally, then let’s dive in together.
